Chloe’s Cuisine offers in house chalet catering in Peisey-Vallandry. We offer gourmet chalet food that can be cooked and served to you within your chalet.
We also offer a chalet meal delivery service, where we drop off freshly prepared meals straight to your chalet door. All homemade and prepared to order.
Alternatively, we can go food shopping for the week on your behalf!
I have put together several different options of catering so you can pick and mix depending on your needs and budget.
Below is an outline of our catering options. I understand that ski groups are a mix of diverse appetites, and I am very happy to discuss individual needs. Children are also catered for as a VIP, with early sittings and child appropriate meals that parents and children will more than appreciate!
Daily breakfast, afternoon tea and a three course evening meal with wine, all prepared and served in your chalet or apartment at a time that suits you.
Our evening only chalet food service is wonderful if you would rather have the mornings to your selves. We’ll arrive in the early evening and prepare a 3 course meal with wine, plus drinks for children.
We offer freshly made drop off meals to self-catered chalets, which are delivered in the early evening. All of our dishes are home-made and prepared to order.
It can be difficult and time consuming to get your groceries to and from your mountain location. We offer a food shopping service, where you let us know your needs and we deliver them to your chalet door.
TERMS AND PAYMENT
Please make sure you have adequate space in your kitchen for your chef to work and prepare your dinner. We expect to have access to the kitchen from 5pm onwards depending on your eating times.
Your 50% deposit is payable within 15 days of you receiving your invoice to guarantee your catering reservation. The remaining balance is payable a week before your arrival in resort. Any changes to your original booking, including number of people, dietary requirements etc need to be emailed to us at least 15 days before your arrival otherwise the balance to be paid will be worked out on your original booking requirements.
Chloe and her team are happy to take all rubbish/recycling that has been created during breakfast and dinner service, however it is your responsibility to dispose of your additional rubbish/recycling accumulated during your stay.

“I have a passion for simple delicious food made with seasonal produce and local ingredients, this has developed from growing up in Devon surrounded by fresh fish, local meats and all manner of seasonal delights!
I like to serve traditional French cuisine with a twist, incorporating mediterranean and asian influences. Our lovely Savoie region is famous for its delicious cheeses, charcuteries and other mountain fare which I like to include in my menus for our guests to enjoy.
I have been in the hospitality industry for 20 years and take great pleasure in meeting new people and serving them my food.
